Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
With any tags or labels still attached, where applicable
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or use may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please contact us first. In some cases, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
